Note: Company Commanders are responsible for the planning and content of their weekends. This includes which star levels are to be trained and where. As a number of Companies are training together it would be worthwhile communicating with other Company Commanders, especially as to what training is being carried out and when Testing Boards are to be held. This could help Companies with manning problems to train and assess their Cadets more effectively.
